Tender content comes from TED (Publications Office of the EU), public open data. Source: TED, Publications Office of the EU.

4. Retention

Dismissed matches are retained for 90 days. Notices follow TED public-data reuse norms. Account data is kept while your account is active.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and object to processing. Contact details will be published before launch.
