1. Service

TenderInbox provides informational matching of EU-threshold tenders via TED against a business profile you configure. It does not provide bidding, document analysis, or procurement guidance.

2. Accounts & profiles

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and contact details. Your matching profile is business data.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are SOLO and TEAM, monthly or annual, with a 14-day trial. Billing is test-mode until launch; live billing terms will be published before any charge is taken.

4. Data source & attribution

Tender data originates from TED (Publications Office of the EU) via its public API. Source: TED, Publications Office of the EU. TenderInbox is not affiliated with or endorsed by any EU institution.

5. Limitation of liability

Matching and the bid/no-bid indicator are heuristic and informational. You are responsible for your own bidding decisions.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, self-serve. Refunds are handled per the published refund policy.
